New office supply under construction is limited to 225,000 sq m due to be completed in 2017 and 167,000 sq m to be completed in 2018. There are no completed CBD Grade A office buildings with more than 5,000 sq m on consecutive floors. In a completed building, a tenant can see what they are going to get, and there are no risks of a time delay.
